摘要
目的 为提高社区糖尿病患者自我保健的意识和技能。方法 对 10 3例社区糖尿病患者通过多学科合作的“社区糖尿病患者保健活动”、“糖尿病咨询门诊”进行健康教育 ,并选 41例社区糖尿病患者作为对照组进行观察。结果 教育组教育后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病知识掌握水平 3项指标与教育前及对照组的比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;对照组观察前后 3项指标变化均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 这种以糖尿病知识教育为主 ,辅以糖尿病监测、咨询、诊疗、管理的“社区糖尿病健康教育”能有效控制社区糖尿病患者糖尿病及并发症的发展 。
Objective [WT6BZ]In order to Promote the consciousenss and ability of social diabetics self heatleh care.[WT6HZ]Methods [WT6BZ]We got the “social diabetics health care” and “diabetic consultation”in the study group (103 cases of social diabetics) By multi department cooperation,We compared the study group with the control group (41 cases of social diabetics).[WT6HZ]Results [WT6BZ]The index of fasting blood glucose,glucose hemoglobin and diabetic knowledge after education was significant differences with that before education in the study group,and was significant differences with that of the control group ( P <0.001).But the index was no significant differences between after observation and before observation in the control group ( P >0.05).[WT6HZ]Conclusions [WT6BZ]We had mainly diabetic health education and Secondary diabetic survey,consulation,treatment and management.This diabetic social education can control the raising of diabetic and it's complication,and was one social health care mode of the social diabetic prevention and treatment. [WT6HZ]
