摘要
从全国分层随机抽样确定的 88所中医医院 1994年 12万余份出院病例中 ,分析探讨中、西医双重诊断的关系及其对应规律。为提高中医临床诊疗水平、强化临床医疗质控、完善医政管理提供依据。
The article analysed and probed into relationship of the diagnosis between traditional chinese medicine and western medicine and their corresponding regularity from 120,000 discharge case records in 88 hospitals of TCM,which were fixed by stratified random sampling throughout the country in 1994.It provided a basis for enhancing the levels of diagnosis and treatment,strengthening quality of medical treatment and perfecting hospital management.
