摘要
目的 评价穿透性角膜移植术对角膜穿孔的治疗价值。方法 用穿透性角膜移植术治疗单疱病毒性角膜溃疡穿孔、细菌性和真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔及热或化学伤继发角膜穿孔等 ４５只眼，观察手术后的眼球保留；移植片透明性；术后视力等指标。结果４４只术眼（９７．８％）得到保留，手术后１年，单疱病毒性角膜溃疡穿孔的移植片透明为６５．５％，细菌性和真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的移植片透明为３８．５％，热或化学伤角膜穿孔的移植片透明为３３．３％，共有２４只眼（５３．３％）获得了０．０５以上的视力。结论 穿透性角膜移植术是治疗各种原因引起角膜穿孔的有效方法。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) on corneal perforation. Methods: 45 patients (45 eyes) of comeal perforations from herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) , bacterial and fungal corneal ulcers, and chernical or thermal burns were treated by PKP, and preservation of anatomical Structure of the eye ball, the graft transparency and post- operative vision were observed. Results:The anatomical structure of 44 operated- eyes(97. 8 % ) were preserved. One year after the surgery, 65. 5% of the grafts remained transparent in the group of HSK, 38. 5 % of the grafts were clear in the group of suppurative corneal ulcer, and 33. 3 % of the grafts were transparent in the group of the burns. Vision was restored to 0. 05 or better in 24 eyes(53. 3 % ). Conclusion: PKP is an effective method for the management of corneal perforations of various etiology.
