摘要
居民满意度是基层医疗卫生机构绩效考核的重要内容,也是进一步深化医药卫生体制改革的重要依据。运用福建省提高基层医疗卫生机构服务能力课题组的入户调查资料,通过描述统计和路径分析法分析了当前城乡居民对基层医疗卫生机构服务满意度的总体情况及影响其满意度的直接和间接因素。
The residents' satisfaction is the important content of the evaluation on the performance of the basic-level medical health agencies. It is also a significant basis for further deepening the reform of the pharmaceutical and healthcare systems. Using the survey data collected in Fujian province, through descriptive statistics and path analysis, the paper analyzed the the satisfaction of the current urban and rural residents towards the service provided by the basic-level medical health agencies and its direct and indirect factors.
