企业产品创新的网络嵌入性机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 在将产品创新分为渐进性与突破性的基础上,基于资源观理论研究两类产品创新的网络嵌入性机制,并提出研究假设。利用345份制造企业有效样本数据进行统计分析,对提出的研究假设进行了实证检验。检验结果表明:对于突破性产品创新,企业往往需要与规模相对较大的弱关系进行强联结才能有效获取所需的互补性资源;对于渐进性产品创新,创新企业与规模相对较小的强关系进行弱联结即可有效获取所需的互补性资源。从而,两类产品创新与其网络嵌入性之间存在耦合关系,即不同形式的产品创新与不同形式的网络化有关。
