去骨瓣减压术治疗重度颅脑损伤64例临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨去骨瓣减压术治疗重度颅脑损伤的效果和安全性,为临床提高重度颅脑损伤救治效率提供数据支持。方法:回顾性分析我院2003年6月~2012年7月收治的重度颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分组,采用去骨瓣减压术治疗的64例患者为观察组,采用微创血肿清除术治疗的68例患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果、GOS评分结果、手术并发症发生率。结果:观察组64例患者GOS评分为(4.21±0.92)分,对照组为(3.75±1.12)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=3.845,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为84.3%,高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:去骨瓣减压术治疗重度颅脑损伤疗效确切,值得临床推广。 Objective:To discusis bone disc decompression for severe head injury,the effect and the safety for clinical improve severe head injury treatment efficiency provide data support.Methods:Retrospective analysis in June 2003 to July 2012 were our severe head injury patients,according to the clinical data of treatment group,using bone disc decompression treatment of 64 patients for the observation group,using the minimally invasive surgical treatment of hematoma cleared 68 patients as control group,compared with two groups treatment effect,GOS ratings,surgery complications.Results:The observation group 64 patients GOS score of(4.21±0.92) points,compared with(3.75±1.12)points,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant(u=3.845,P<0.05).The observation group,the total effective rate was higher than those in the control group,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant.Conclusion:Bone disc decompression for severe head injury symptoms,and worth clinical promotion.
