摘要
目的探讨手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效,提高腰间盘突出症的临床治疗效率。方法回顾性分析2009年4月至2011年4月我院采用开窗手术治疗的68例腰间盘症患者的临床资料,并以同期采用内科保守治疗的68例患者为对照组,评价2组患者治疗效果,为临床治疗提供数据支持。结果根据Macnab疗效评价标准判断观察组疗效明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2例患者发生手术并发症,并发症发生率为3.03%,对照组患者9例患者发生不良反应,发生率为13.64%,观察组明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=2.607,P<0.05)。结论手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效确切,并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral discs,improve the clinical curative effect of the clinical treatment efficiency outstanding disorder.Methods Retrospective analysis in April 2009 April to 2011 fenestration of surgical treatment of our 68 patients in patients with discs,and the clinical data of conservative treatment by the same internal control,68 patients evaluate two groups patients for clinical treatment effect,provide data support. Results According to Macuab curative effect evaluation standard judge the observation group was better than control group effect between comparative differences are statistically significant （P〈~O.05）.The observation group 2 patients,surgical complications occurred 3.03% complications in 9 patients patients group,with an incidence of aderse reactions occur 13.64%,the observation group was lower significantly more obvious differences between groups,are statistically significant （χ^2=2.607,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,complications with definite effect advantages,worth clinical promotion.
