摘要
高等师范教育要实现与中等教育的顺利对接,切实提高学生的实际教育教学能力,就必须把实践教育这个环节落实到位。本文就师范类本科生实践教育中存在的问题,从三个方面来提出相关优化策略:一是增强实践教育意识,对师范类本科生教育教学技能的培养要系统化、实用化;二是提升教师的实践教育能力,丰富课堂实践教育方式;三是教师指导要全程化、具体化。
To rcalise smoothly the transition from the secondary education to the higher normal edueation and to improve students' teaching ability, we must put the link of practice education into effect. Aiming at the problems in the normal college students' practice education, this thesis deals with the relavent optimization strategy from three aspects: 1. to strengthen the eonscieneeness of practice education and make the training of normal college students' teaching ability systematic and practical. 2. to improve the teachers' ability of practice education, enrich the ways of class practiee education. 3. The teachers' guidance should last the whole course and be concrete.
