摘要
综述了生物转化天然植物质的研究和应用进展。介绍了植物质的预处理和酶解 ,纤维素酶及其测定 ,单细胞蛋白的生产 。
Based on 66 references,This article reviewed the development in research and applications of native plant resource bioconversion including pretreatment and enzymolysis of cellulose,cellulase and its determination,production of single cell protein,and extraction and applications of lignin.
