摘要
将待评价样本作为事件，水质级别作为对策，构造局势，通过用效果测度统一计量评价指标，提出了用灰色局势决策综合评价水质污染的方法。结合山东某河流水质污染评价与其它方法进行了对比，指出该方法的优越性。
The water sample is taken as an event,grade of water quality as a stra- tagy,a situation is then set up.A new method for evaluating water enivron- mental quality is presented by using effect measure to unify indexes with greysituation decision making. Compared with other methods for evaluating waterenvironmental quality of Shandong river, its advantages are shown.
