摘要
对比板式塔和填料塔的特点 ,将规整填料与穿流板有机组合 ,开发出新型的复合塔板。阐述了复合塔板的原理和结构 ,对复合塔板的流体力学和传质性能进行分析 ,并进行了复合塔板的冷模试验和热模试验 ,试验结果表明与常规塔板比较 ,复合塔板塔板效率高 4 0 %以上、板压降低 30 %以上 ,基本消除了雾沫夹带 ,塔板效率与高效填料相当。复合塔板可明显降低塔高或缩小塔径 ,降低设备费用 ,减小回流比 ,节约能源。
Comparing the characteristics of tray column with packed column,and combining the structured packing with dual flow plate,a new type compound tray was developed.The principle and structure of the compound tray were introduced,and the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of the tray were analyzed.Results of cold and hot model tests of compound tray show that it has 40% higher efficiency,30% lower pressure drop and fewer entrainment than usual.The height or diameter of column and reflux ratio can be decreased when compound tray is used,thereby,saving plant investment and lower energy consumption.
