摘要
国外机械制造业迅速发展 ,得益于现代制造技术的广泛应用。我国机械制造业形势严峻 ,与国外相比有约 2 0年差距 ,且有日益加大的趋势。利用后发展效应和信息技术 ,发挥我国社会制度的优越性和借鉴制造业发达国家的发展战略 ,将信息技术、现代管理技术与传统制造业结合起来以提高企业竞争力 ,是我国机械制造业摆脱困境 ,实现跨越式发展的重要途径。我国在相当长的时间内加速机械制造业信息化的主要内容是基础信息化技术 ,在此基础上 ,应用计算机集成制造系统CIMS ,进行信息集成和在信息集成总体设计指导下的分步实施 ,是一种有效的跨越发展模式。
The petroleum machinery manufacturing industry in China is facing a grim situation at present. By utilizing the post development effect, and by combining the information technology and modern management technique with the traditional manufacturing industry, the competitive power of the manufacturing enterprises can be improved, thereby the enterprises can extricate themselves from the present predicament and realize development with leaps and bounds. The main tasks of speeding up informatization in the petroleum machinery manufacturing sector in China are developing basic informatization technology, and carrying out information integration by using CIMS.
