摘要
介绍了成组技术（GT）、计算机集成制造系统（CIMS）、并行工程（CE）、精节生产（LP）等现代制造和管理技术的主要特点，建设石油机械制造企业应利用新技术对传统的生产模式进行变改，使单件、小批量生产方式按批量生产方式组织生产和管理，以提高企业整体效益。
This paper presents the major features of the modern manufacture and management technique,such as group technology (GT), computer integrated manufacturing system (ClMS) and parallel engineering (PE)and so on It suggests that using new techniques and management methods change the traditional production mode from small amounts to batch.
