摘要
从B2B和C2C电子商务物流特点出发,构建不同评价指标对其物流服务质量进行评价比较,比较B2B和C2C电子商务物流评价要素异同点,对提高我国电子商务物流服务水平、提高企业自身竞争力具有重要意义。
In this paper, starting from the characteristic of B2B and C2C e-commerce logistics,we evaluated and compared the quality of the logistics service of the two by establishing different evaluation index and then compared the similarity and difference between the evaluative factors of the B2B and C2C e-commerce logistics.
