摘要 文章介绍了一种用于监测油田钻井工程参数的钻井多参数系统。该系统以MCS-51单片机为核心组成系统测量单元,把转盘转速、泵冲速、泥浆回流等参数以液晶显示,和原来的液压表盘(如指重、泵压)组成司钻显示部分;由计算机软件、电脑、打印机、通讯电缆组成队长办公室工作站部分,负责对数据进行显示、记录、查询、绘制曲线。整套系统测量准确,可靠性高,具有抗震、防爆、耐腐蚀的特点。文章就这一系统,详细描述了该软件的整体规划、设计及编程。 Recently,with the entering to internal market of our drilling teams on a large scale, the needs of monitoring of foe drilling operation have increased greatly, it is no long only relay on two parameters: hook load and mud pressure of standpipe. Because of that reason, we design and manufacture the drilling multipapameter instrumentation. This system adopts MCS - 51 chip as its core microprocessor to process and display the rotary speed, pump speed, mud pressure value on a LCD screen. All these parameters dials are mounted in one console. PC computer, printer, interface cable are main parts of the working station, it is in charge of displaying, recording, retrieving and printing data and curves. The drilling multiparameter system is accuracy, high in stability, it is also shock-proof, explosion-pine f and corrosion-proof. This article introduces the details of the design and programme of the software.
