摘要
北京处于经济快速发展,社会建设与民生建设不断改善的时期,基础设施建设与市民期待、与世界城市的要求还有一定距离。近年来,北京市加大投入力度,采取有效措施加强基础设施建设与相关服务,加大交通基础设施投资,供水、排水、节水基础设施建设全面提速,加大供热供气覆盖面等。针对基础设施建设现状和问题,应加快交通基础设施建设力度,加强运营管理和服务,提高信息服务能力,加强供水排水基础设施建设与更新,加大能源环保基础设施建设,创新基础设施投融资机制,构建智慧北京。
Beijing City devotes strength and takes effective measures to strengthen its construction of infrastructure and service improvement： increasing traffic infrastructure investment, speeding water supply, drainage, water saving infrastructure carrying, and increasing coverage of heating supply. Based on the rapid economic development, Beijing＇ s social construction and the construction of people＇s livelihood improvement still can not meet the hope of its citizens and the requirement as a World City. Facing to the present condition of its infrastructure construction, we should accelerate the traffic infrastructure, strengthen the op- eration management and service, improve the information service ability and the construction of the Wisdom Beijing, and strengthen water supply and drainage infrastructure construction, energy and environmental protection infrastructure construc- tion, and innovate the investment and financing mechanisms for its infrastructure construction.
