摘要
城市的可持续发展是一个长期而艰巨的发展过程,需要大量的投入,需要应用大量的融资手段。文章对新兴的ABS(Asset-Backed-Securitization)、PPP(Public-Private Partnerships公私合伙制)项目融资模式以及应用形式进行比较研究,为拓宽城市基础设施投融资渠道提供借鉴,以适应城市可持续发展的要求。
City sustainable development is a long and hard process,requiring a large amount of investment,and a large number of means.This article is emphases on discussing the project financing ABS（Asset-Backed-Securitization） model,PPP（Public-Private Partnerships） model and comparative study about the application forms.This paper tries to analyze urban infrastructure project financing channels to adapt to urban sustainable development requirements.
