试论北京“三一英语口语等级考试”的设计理念、依据及其特征 被引量：6

摘要 北京"三一英语口语等级考试"是英国伦敦三一学院与北京教育考试院合作进行的一项英语口语考试。该考试的理论基础来自近年来语言学、语言教学与语言测试的研究与发展。特别是近年来基于任务和交际的语言测试受到重视,测试中更加强调真实的语言使用,将口语测试的重点转移至考生的语言运用能力和交际能力。该考试的设计理念、实施方案与同一理论指导下的《欧洲语言共同参考框架》基本契合。北京"三一英语口语等级考试"已形成操作人性化、内容真实性、形式灵活性等特色。 Graded Examinations in Spoken English （GESE） is jointly-run by Trinity College London and Beijing Education Examinations Authority. Drawing on the latest developments in testing theories, linguistics, as well as theories related to language teaching and language testing, GESE has been playing a positive role in shifting the focus of oral English testing to the learners＇ authentic communicating competence. Its principles of design are in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which is supported by the same language and testing theories. So far, GESE has formed its own special features： humanization in procedure, authenticity in content and flexibility in form.
