摘要
目的:探讨高原训练对轮椅竞速运动员有氧能力的影响效果。方法:选取8名国家队轮椅竞速运动员进行6周高原训练,采用红细胞系指标测试、最大摄氧量、血乳酸测试等方法对运动员进行有氧能力测试。结果:6周高原训练后,运动员最大摄氧量显著提高;运动员EPO水平上高原初期升高,6周后EPO水平又下降,高原训练结束1周后EPO大幅度提高。结论:高度高原训练显著提高竞速轮椅运动员最大摄氧量、乳酸阈值,提高运动员的有氧代谢能力。
Objective: To study the plateau training effects on the wheelchair racing athletes' aerobic capacity. Methods: To select eight national wheelchair athletes for 6 weeks plateau training, using the index of red blood cell test, VO2 max, blood lactic acid to test athletes aerobic capacity. Results: 6 weeks after altitude training, ath- lete VO2 max increased significantly; Athletes EPO level plateau early rise, EPO levels fall again after 6 weeks, 1 week after plateau training session EPO increased significantly, conclusion: The high altitude training racing sig- nificantly increased VO2max and lactate threshold of the wheelchair athletes and improved the aerobic capacity of athletes.
