摘要
为预报螺旋端铣刀铣削力和扭矩 ,建立了一个铣削解析卷积模型。铣削扭矩是铣削过程中一个重要的物理量。通过分析单位铣削力和扭矩之间的关系 ,可以获得铣削扭矩的傅里叶级数多项式 ,得到铣削扭矩在频域中的解析卷积表达式。结合铣削力的解析卷积模型 ,建立了 6维铣削解析模型。利用 kistler测力仪进行了一系列铣削实验 ,验证了模型能够对铣削力和扭矩的大小进行较准确地预报 。
The cutting forces and torques that occur during milling were predicted by developing an analytical cutting model for end milling with helical multi flute cutters. The milling torque is an important mechanical characteristic of the milling process. The relationship between the elemental cutting torque and the cutting force was used to develop an expression for the a milling torque in the frequency domain. A three dimensional cutting force model was used to develop a six dimensinal milling force/torque analytical convolution model. End milling experiments validated the analytical milling model.
