摘要
本文在对铣削扭矩进行实验分析的基础上,从数字信号处理的角度出发,提出了频域内用于刀具破损监测的低通数字滤波算法,详细介绍了低通数字滤波器的设计原理,并对该算法进行了实验验证。
Based on the experimental investigation into cutting force in milling, a new algorithm, i.e. the low pass digital filter, was proposed and developed for tool breakage detection in milling,and a lot of experiments have been carried out to verify the algorithm.
