摘要 对 3-羟基 - 1,5 -二氮杂环庚烷的合成进行了改进 ,在成环反应中以非质子溶剂代替了质子溶剂 ,缩短了反应时间 ,产率较文献有较大提高 . An improvement was made on the synthesis of 3-hydroxyl-1,5-diazo-cycloheptane. In the process of cyclisation of the compound, the aprotic solvent was used by place of the protic one, thereby, the reaction time was shortened and the yield was higher than that reported in the literature.
