摘要
在野外调查工作基础之上 ,分析了宁夏贺兰山东麓一线 1998年 5月 2 0日洪涝灾害的基本灾情及其产生原因 ,并提出了防御洪灾的基本对策 .
Under having taken the seriously investigative work at open country,this article analyses the true state of the flood disaster and the reasons of this disaster emerging,this flood disaster took place on 20th.5.1998 on the cast of the flood of Ningxia.Helan Mountain and gives the elementary countermeasures to defend flood disaster.
