摘要
在环境监测工作中 ,国家环境监测分析方法采用填充柱气相色谱法测定苯系物。本文用毛细管气相色谱法和填充柱气相色谱法分别测定苯系物 ,实验结果表明毛细管气相色谱法测定苯系物的灵敏度、精密度、准确度等均优于填充柱气相色谱法 ,完全能替代填充柱气相色谱法测定苯系物。
In the environmental monitoring analytical methods,The Benzols is determined by packed column gas chromatography.in this paper,the Benzols is determined by capillary column and packed column gas chromatography.The results shows that the capillary column analysis is superior to packed column in precision,sensitivity and accuracy,and can substitute the packed column GC.
