摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)直接测定工业废水中苯、β-苯乙醇、苯酚等苯系物污染物。用最小二乘法求得各组分相应的线性回归方程及其相关系数,在给定范围内线性较好,其相关系数均在0.9990以上。苯、β-苯乙醇、苯酚的回收率分别为96.67%、98.00%、99.90%。HPLC法测定的精密度及准确度均能满足工业废水中挥发性有机物分析测定的要求。
Benzene Series can be directly determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), including benzene, β-phenylethanol, phenol and other pollutants in industrial wastewater. The corresponding linear regression equation and its correlation coefficient of the various components can be obtained by the least square method, the correlation coefficients are above 0.9990 in given the scope. The recoveries of benzene, β-phenylethanol, phenol were 96.67%, 98.00%, 99.90%, respectively. The precision and accuracy of determination of HPLC can meet the requirements of the determination and analysis of volatile organic compounds in industrial wastewatcr.
