摘要
文章针对城市化过程中的农村房屋拆迁问题,借鉴国内外相关理论研究成果,分析我国当前农村房屋拆迁存在的主要问题及其原因,为保障农民合法权益、理顺房屋拆迁关系、促进社会和谐稳定,提供具有理论和现实意义的解决思路。
This paper analyzes problems in houses demolishing in rural areas in light of findings of research home and abroad, and endeavors to dig out the causes. The paper proposes solutions to the problems in view of safeguarding farmers' rights, resolving conflicts, and promoting social harmony and stability.
