摘要
目的:对心胸外科ICU的护理工作量进行调查,根据护理工作量推算出护士人数,并预见性地合理安排每班护士人数,提高护理质量及护理效果。方法:运用NAS量表对住院患者每天的护理工作量和病区总的护理工作量进行评价研究,分析影响护理工作量的相关因素。结果:心胸外科ICU患者当天需要的护理工作量得分最低为37.50分,最高为71.28分,平均55.83分。护理工作量和患者入住心胸外科ICU的时间、不同转归、是否手术及手术类型有关。结论:我院心胸外科ICU护理人员处于缺编状态,护士常处于超负荷工作状态。心胸外科ICU护士人力应以所收治患者实际需要的护理工作量进行动态合理分配。采用护理活动评分系统进行人力资源管理可提高心胸外科ICU护理质量。
Objective: Evaluate the nursing workload in our Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU with Nursing Activities score (NAS) objectively and accurately count the number of nurses on the basis of nursing workload. Make arrangements for the number of nurses foreseeingly and enhance nursing effect. Methods: Apply NAS to evaluate the nursing workload of everyday nursing workload and total nursing workload in our Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU and analysis factors which influence the nursing workload. Results: The average NAS score of each patient in our Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU is 55.83 per day, the lowest score is 37.50, the highest score is 55.83. These factors influencing the nursing workload include the time enteringICU, different sequelae and surgical operation. Conclusions: Nurses of our Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU is bearing overloaded work. Nurse human resource should be justly distributed according to the practical needed nursing workload. Employing nursing marking system can enhance the nursing quality.
