摘要
目的对心胸外科ICU病人睡眠状况及其影响因素进行调查与分析。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对入住心胸外科ICU的90例病人进行调查。结果在调查对象中65.6%的病人自我感觉在ICU期间睡眠差,72.2%的病人认为自己的睡眠问题是睡眠中断;影响病人睡眠的因素依次为疼痛,因各种管道不能选择舒适的体位,医疗人员的各种治疗活动,担心自己的疾病等。结论心胸外科ICU病人存在一定的睡眠问题,护理人员应该采取护理措施改善其睡眠。
Objective To investigate and analyze the sleeping status of the patient in ICU of cardiothoracic surgery department.Methods 90 patients in ICU of cardiothoracic surgery department were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results 65.6 percent patients felt their sleep was bad;72.2 percent patients thought their sleep problem was interrupted sleep.The influenced factors of the patients were pain,uncomfortable body position caused by various pipelines,various treatment,and worrying about their disease.Conclusions The patients in ICU of cardiothoracic surgery department have certain sleep problems and the nursing staff should take measures to improve their sleep.
