摘要
21世纪是以知识的创新和创造性运用为主推动社会生产力发展的时代 ,2 1世纪的图书馆要想以“信息中间站”的职业形象在信息高速公路及互联网上抢占自己应有的位置 ,就必须运用以人为本的现代管理思想指导工作 。
The 21st ceutury is an era of knowledge innovation and an era of creative application as the main trend to push forward the development of social productivities.If a 21st century library aims at occupying its propproper position in the information highway and internet with the professional image of “Information Relay Station”, it ought to carry out the human based modern managerial ideology to guide the work,and optimize microcosmic work of the library.\;
