摘要
随着我国事业单位改组、改制工作的深入展开和文化产业化进程的加快,图书馆市场化的工作已成为摆在我们面前的一项重要任务。而在完成此项任务的进程中,应考虑采用“三大策略”,即整合策略、营销策略和服务策略,以使在图书馆的市场化运作更为稳妥和更加有效。
As the transformation of organization and institutions in our country fully expands and the cultural industry quickly proceeds, the marketing operation of the library has been an important task in front of us. Therefore, "three strategies" shall be taken into account in the course of library's entering into marketing operation, i.e. re- adjustment strategy, marketing strategy and service strategy, which shall play relevant role in the marketing operation of the library.
