企业安全文化建设既是四川启明星铝业公司自身持续、稳定发展的客观需要,也是新形势下企业内、外部环境变化的客观要求。公司从安全观念文化、安全行为文化、安全物质文化和安全管理文化四个方面深入探索,通过不断完善企业安全文化系统工程及其管理体系,实现了"全员、全方位、全过程"的安全管理,增强了企业的抗风险能力和竞争能力。
The corporate safety culture construction is an objective demands for sustainable and steady development of Sichuan Aostar aluminum company, and is an objective requirement to suit internal and external environment changes under new situations. The four aspects of safety conception culture, safety behavior culture, safety material culture and safety management culture were deeply explored, and the continuous improvement on the corporate safety culture system project and its management system were implemented to realize the goal of all-member, all-round and whole process safety management, and to improve the risk resistance capacity and competitive ability of corporate.
