阐述了煤矿企业文化建设中把安全视为文化核心的重要意义,指出安全文化是企业的物质文化、行为文化和观念文化的升华,提出安全文化建设应该从坚持标准化、依靠企业党组织和发展生产力等来构筑。
The paper tells the important significance of taking safety as the core during the building of coal-mine enterprises’culture, points out that safety culture is the sublimation of enterprises’materialistic culture, conduct culture as well as concept culture, it presents that the building of safety culture should adhere to standardization, rely on the party committee of enterprises as well as develop productivity.
