摘要
以碳纤维束为工作电极 ,铂丝为辅助电极 ,银丝作为参比电极 ,制作组合式微型三电极体系和微型电解池 ,并应用于测定微升级试液 .采用线性扫描溶出伏安法测定血清及汗液中的铜 ,其电积电压为 - 0 .5V,电积时间 2 min,扫描电位 0 .0~ - 0 .5V,扫描速度 2 0 0 m V· s-1,工作底液为 0 .10 mol· L-1的 HCl溶液 .铜的溶出峰电流 ip 与铜离子的浓度 C在 0 .0 5~ 1.50 g· L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,线性回归方程 ip=0 .178+2 2 .0 C,相关系数为 0 .9991.该方法灵敏度高、重现性好 ,相对标准偏差为 3.70 % .
A combination type micro tri electrode system is prepared by the authors.The test solution of microliter grade is chosen for the use of measurement.This combined electrodes take carbon fiber bundle as working electrode,a platinum wire as auxiliary electrode and a silver wire as reference electrode.The response of copper in blood serum and sweat on this combined electrodes is evaluated by linear scanning stripping voltammetry.The conditions of which include an enriched potential of -0 5 V,an enriched time of 2 mins,a scanning potential of 0 0~0 5 V,a scaning velocity of 200 mV·s -1 ,and a substrate solution of 0 10 mol/L HCl The results are shown by the linear relationship between the peak height ( i p) and the concentration of copper ( C ) in the range of 0 05~1 50 mg·L -1 ;with a correlation coefficient of 0 999 1 and a relative standard deviation of 3 7% This is a method with fairly high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
