摘要
目的:分析黑龙江省高等医学院校教师组织承诺与工作满意度的现状及两者的关系。方法:采用随机抽样法,对581名医学教师进行组织承诺问卷调查和工作满意度问卷调查。结果:医学院校教师组织承诺总得分83.49±17.86,工作满意度总得分23.28±5.83;组织承诺与工作满意度存在显著正相关,相关系数为0.623(P<0.01);情感承诺和持续承诺对工作满意度具有显著预测力。结论:医学院校教师组织承诺与工作满意度均处于中高水平,且两者存在正相关,因此学校要重视提高教师的组织承诺,增强教师的工作满意度,提高教师工作效率。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical university teachers in Heilongiiang. Methods: With a random sampling method,581 medical teachers were recruited in the study;they were investigated with organiza- tional commitment questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire. Results:Teachers' total score of organizational commitment was 83.49 ± 17. 86, to- tal score of job satisfaction was 23.28 ± 5.83 ;organizational commitment and job satisfaction were found to be significantly positive correlafed, the correlation coefficient was 0. 623 (P 〈 0.01 );emotional commitment and sustained commitment significantly predicted job satisfaction. Conclu- sion: Medical teachers' organizational commitment and job satisfaction have high level and significant positive correlation, therefore college should pay attention to organizational commitment to enhance job satisfaction, to improve the work efficiency.
