摘要
为优化内燃机燃烧,在一台高压共轨增压中冷柴油机上进行了二甲醚均质充量与柴油复合燃烧对降低发动机的NOx和碳烟排放的研究,并与单独燃烧柴油的发动机性能进行了对比研究.试验结果表明,在二甲醚供给量控制在不发生爆震燃烧的前提下,在低负荷时,复合燃烧方式的有效热效率比单独燃烧柴油时稍低,相差很小;在大负荷时,复合燃烧方式比单独燃烧柴油的有效热效率显著提高.说明二甲醚作为一种新型燃料,对于大幅降低柴油发动机的NOx排放和碳烟排放是非常有效的.
In order to optimize the combustion of internal-combustion engine, the compound combustion of homogeneous charge of dim-ethyl ether and diesel fuel was carried out on a high pressure common rail tnrbocharged and inter-cooled diesel engine, the effects on reducing NO and soot emissions of diesel engine were studied, and it was compared with the performance of the engine with diesel fuel injection combustion. The results indicated that the effective thermal efficiency of compound combustion mode was slightly lower than that of diesel fuel combustion mode at low loads in the premise of non-knocking combustion. However, at high loads, the effective ther-mal efficiency of compound combustion mode was improved more significantly than that of diesel fuel combustion mode. As a new fuel, dimethyl ether was confirmed very effective on reducing NO and soot emissions of diesel engine significantly.
