摘要
分析了企业核心能力的特征 ,指出了培育我国中小企业核心能力的必要性与迫切性 ,提出了培育中小企业核心能力的几条途径。
The characteristics of enterprise core competence are analyzed with detailed discussion on the necessity and urgency of cultivating the core competence of small and medium\|sized enterprises in China. Furthermore, some effective ways are put forward to develop such core competence.
