光合细菌净化养殖池水质的模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 从淡水养鱼池塘底泥中分离得到1株光合细菌。在实验室模拟研究了菌液投加量、光照条件、温度、盐度、常用水产杀虫剂硫酸铜、敌百虫用量对净化养殖池水质效果的影响,结果表明:菌液适宜投加量为10ms/L;光照状态下净化效果优于黑暗状态;温度低于15C,氯化钠投加量高于10000mg/L,硫酸铜投加量高于04mg儿敌百虫投加量高于2.omg/L时,净化效果均明显下降。 One of the strains of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), Rhodopseuolomonas was isolated from the sediment of a fishpond. Simulation test of purifying fishpond water by using PSB has been conducted. The result showed that the optimum use of PSB culture was 10mg/L, the purifying efficiency at illumination was higher than at black, and when the temperature was lower than 15C, concentration of NaCl higher than 1000mg/L, or concentration of CuSO4 higher than 0.4mg/L, and concentration of dipterex higher than 2.0mg/L, the purification efficiency dropped.
