摘要
目的探讨动态监测血清降钙素原水平对脓毒症患者诊断及预后的临床意义。方法选取我院2010年6月至2012年6月收治的并发脓毒症患者27例作为观察组，并选取同期我院收治的无并发脓毒症患者28例作为对照组。检测两组患者的血清PCT水平。结果观察组患者各时段PCT水平均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；脓毒症患者血清PCT水平与脓毒症程度呈正相关，即脓毒症程度越重的患者血清PCT水平越高（P〈0．05）。结论血清PCT对脓毒症的诊断具有重要价值，监测其动态变化有助于对患者预后的评估。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of dynamic monitoring of serum procalcitonin levels in diagnosis and prognosis of patients with sepsis. Methods 27 cases of sepsis （the observation group） treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 and 28 cases without sepsis selected at the same period, as a control group, were enrolled in the study. The level of serum procalcitonin was detected dynamically, then we compared the difference between the two groups and analyzed the variation of PCT levels in patient with sepsis. Results The level of serum PCT in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in each period（P〈0.05）; the level of serum PCT in patients with sepsis was correlated with the degree of sepsis, it was higher in patients with more severe sepsis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum PCT has an important value in the diagnosis of sepsis, it is helpful to evaluate prognosis of patients by monitoring its dynamic changes.
