头孢他啶影响大鼠降钙素原产生机制的初步研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的验证不同浓度头孢他啶作用于大肠埃希菌后的除菌滤液对大鼠体内降钙素原合成的影响。方法将大鼠各组分别尾静脉注射不同浓度的头孢他啶作用后除菌滤液,16h后眼球后静脉采血以荧光定量检测法测定降钙素原含量。结果不同浓度头孢他啶作用于大肠埃希菌后的滤液刺激大鼠产生的降钙素原浓度随头孢他啶浓度的降低逐渐升高,头孢他啶浓度与降钙素原之间存在明显负相关。结论低浓度头孢他啶可使大鼠体内产生较多的降钙素原,高浓度头孢他啶则导致大鼠产生较少的降钙素原。 OBJECTIVE To test the effect of filtrates of Escherichia coil induced by various concentrations of ceftazidime on synthesis of procalcitonin(PCT) in rats. METNODS Sixty rats were divided into 6 groups and injected in tail-vein injection. Blood filtrates were collected and used to detect PCT, obtained from vein behind eyes after 16 h. RESULTS Filtrates obtained from E. coli cultures dealing with different concentration ceftazidime stimulated rats, the number of induced procalcitonin was increased following decline of antibiotic concentration. Strong negative correlation was found between procalcitonin and concentration of ceftazidime. CONCLUSIONS The lower concentration of ceftazidime induces more PCT and the higher concentration induces fewer PCT.
