摘要
喷雾测试系统是为提高农药的利用率而开发的一个实验平台。用户可以在上位机软件上设定目标地址、喷洒速度、喷雾压力等,然后开启位置启动开关和液罐阀门,进行喷雾实验操作。为了使喷雾测试系统更自动化和智能化,设计了以FX2N系列PLC为主控CPU,以FX2N-1PG和伺服电机为喷洒定位控制系统,以比例调节阀为压力调节系统,以各类传感器、A/D和D/A转化器为信息采集系统,以Visual C#上位机软件为监测和控制平台的喷雾测试系统。
Spray test system is an experimental platform,which is used to improve utilization of pesticide.User can set target address、spray speed and spray pressure on PC software.Then position start switch and tank valve should be opened so that the spray experiment can be proceeded.In order to make whole system more automatic and intelligent,it includes some different modules.FX2N series PLC is used to be the CPU of the system.The positioning control system is composed of FX2N-1PG and servo motor.It uses proportion regulator valve to regulate pressure.The information collection module is composed of A/D converter,D/A converter and different sensors.The Visual C# is used to design the PC software.
