摘要
选用合适的静电喷雾装置进行施药作业,可以提高药液利用率和工作效率。为此,设计了电子控制器控制换向的低压无刷直流电机驱动高速离心式风机为动力的喷雾装置,同时利用低压直流电源给静电发生装置供电,避免了使用燃油机驱动带来的环境污染。直流无刷电机运行平稳,无换向火花和噪声,可靠度高,适应性强,可以满足施药时随时起停的要求。电机设计时采用经验值选取法,满足了实用性、经济性和高效性的要求,电子控制器的设计则体现了小型化、集成化和高效性的优点。
It is better to choose suitable electrostatic sprayer (ES) to carry the medicine work, it will raise the utilization ratio of the liquid medicine and the work efficiency. A special ES dried by BLDCM is designed in this paper. With this ES, problems such as electricity-leaking and low droplet cover rate will be solved better, the droplet will have certain trend nature, and the experiment shows that the droplet coverage rate of each position of the target is improved a lot; the piercing through of the droplet is strengthened to some extent, so it will work better. The power of the ES is BLDCM which uses the electronic controller to control the commutation, and the BLDCM will drive the centrifugal blower to give high speed wind. And the low voltage Direct-Current Mains will supply the electricity to the electrostatic generator and the BLDCM, avoided the environmental pollution brought by the oil engine. The BLDCM runs steadily with no commutation spark and less noise, it will meet the need of run and stop at any time in the ES work. We choose the empirical values in designing the motor, in order to meet the need of usability and efficiency; it will also reduce the cost of designing. The design of the electronic controller manifests the .merits of miniaturization and integration and high efficiency.
