摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗流产后出血的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2012年11月就诊的92例流产后出血的患者。随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用生化汤合失笑散,环丙沙星片肌注缩宫素;对照组采用盐酸环丙沙星片,肾上腺色腙片,肌注缩宫素。结果:治疗组服药后阴道出血停止有效率为93.4%,对照组有效率为65.4%。结论:中西医结合治疗流产后出血疗效明显高于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating bleeding after abortion. Methods： 92 patients from January 2010 to November 2012 were divided into two groups, the Shenghua decoction and Shixiao powder were taken in the treated; in the control routine medicine were taken. Results： In the treated the efficiency of bleeding ceasing was 93.4%, in the control it was 65.4%. Conclusion： TCM is better than modem medicine solo.
