摘要
目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗流产后出血的临床疗效。方法:将流产后出血的120例患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组只肌肉注射缩宫素10U,2次/d,3 d为1疗程;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服生化汤加味(方药组成:川芎15 g,当归12 g,桃仁8 g,红花12 g,炙甘草6 g,炮姜6 g,血竭3 g,益母草15 g),每日1剂,水煎分2次温服,14 d后评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率81.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗流产后出血较单一缩宫素治疗方法效果肯定。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of treating bleeding after miscarriage by the integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods：120 cases with bleeding after miscarriage were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was only given intramuscular injection of oxytocin with a dose of 10U,two times a day,three days as one course of treatment;the treatment group was additionally given modified Shenghua Decoction on the basis of the control group（composition of modified Shenghua Decoction：ligusticum wallichii 15 g,angelica sinensis 12 g,peach kernel 8 g,carthamus tinctorius 12 g,radix glycyrrhizae preparata 6 g,baked ginger 6 g,dragon′s blood 3 g,leonurus heterophyllus 15 g）,one dose per day,warm decoction for oral administration two times for each dose.Its therapeutic effect was evaluated after 14 days.Results：Curative rate of the treatment group was 96.67% while the control group was 81.67%.Comparison between both groups showed significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating bleeding after miscarriage by the method of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine achieves more positive effects than the single use of intramuscular injection of oxytocin.
