摘要
多糖具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、抗病毒、抗凝血等多种功能,但粗多糖提纯一直存在诸多问题,糖蛋白纯化具有重要意义.本文仅就脱蛋白纯化多糖方法进行综述,目的是为纯化多糖提供前期工作文献支持.
High-purity polysaccharides have many biological activities of antitumor, regulation, decrease blood sugar and blood fat, antivirus, anticoagulation, and so on. There such as immune have been a lot of problems in the purification of crude polysaecharide and it is important that the glyeoprotein is purified. The methods of purified polysaccharides by deproteinized are reviewed in this article to get the literature of the purified polysaeeharides as the preliminary work .
