摘要
本文对控制论的一般性原理应用于工程项目控制作了必要的介绍 ,简要地引入了运用赢得值原理进行项目费用/进度综合控制的方法 ,并对这种方法与传统方法进行了比较。
This srticle makes an essential introduction to apply the general principle of cyberneties in project control, brief leads the method of applying the EVC(Earned Value Concept) to carry out the Project Cost/Schdule multiple control, and makes a comparision with the traditional ways.
