摘要
本文针对项目管理中反馈控制与前馈控制等传统项目控制方法的缺陷进行了深入剖析,在此基础上分析与提出一种新的项目控制方法,即前瞻性项目控制方法的性质与功能及其经济绩效,该方法不仅在很大程度上弥补了传统项目控制方法的缺陷,还能适时监控项目执行情况,提高项目运行水平,对促进我国项目管理的理论研究与提高项目管理效率等具有重要意义。
This paper first analyzes shortcomings of traditional controlling methods such as feedback-controlling and feedforward-controlling. Based on this, the authors put forward a new controlling method——Pre-Project Control. In this study, the authors not only analyze character and function of this method in detail, but also point out its economic performance in project management. This method makes up limitation of traditional methods and can supervise the running course of project so as to advances the quality of project management. The study will be of great importance to accelerate project management research and increase efficiency of project management.
