摘要
通过阴极极化曲线的变化,研究了石墨、石墨镀钯、银、钛基RuO_2/TiO_2涂层材料等导电材料取代铂作为葡萄糖传感器阴极的可能性,结果表明钛基RuO_2/TiO_2涂层电极的化学性质稳定,对析氢反应有一定的催化作用,以此材料作为阴极的葡萄糖传感器的性能与铂片为阴极的传感器性能接近,钛基RuO_2/TiO_2涂层材料是取代铂的最佳阴极材料。
The generation of hydrogen on several electrodes were studied by the polarization curves. It was shown that the titanium coated by RuO2/TiO2 is suitable to antagonize electrochemical corrosion, and it could promote the generation of hydrogen. It can be used as the cathode of glucose sensor instead of Pt. The responses of glucose sensor with the cathode of titanium coated by RuO2/TiO2 was near to that of the sensor with Pt cathode.
