摘要
制革厂排放出污水中含有大量的中性盐 ,这些中性盐主要来自制革浸酸工序并且极难与污水分离。本文描述了采用低分子酚醛树脂作为浸酸助剂进行无盐浸酸。结果表明在浸酸废水中减少了 84%的中性盐 ,与有盐浸酸相比 ,结合Cr2 O3 增加了 4.0 3 % ,用EPMA测量出革内的Cr分布更均匀 。
A great quantity of neutral salts, mainly produced during the pickling process in leather-making and difficultly separated from waste liquid, have been found in tannery effluent. The non-salt pickling process with the phenol aldehyde resin of lower-molecular weight as the pickling auxiliary has been described in this paper. Results showed that the neutral salts in the waste pickling liquid were reduced by 84%. And in the meantime, the contents of the combined Cr 2O 3 were increased by 4.03%, compared with those in the pickling process with salts. Determination by EPMA demonstrated the distribution of Cr in leather was more uniform and the finished leathers were even better in quality.
