摘要
工程能力评价一直是难点,虽然在教育部颁布的"卓越工程人才培养计划"中对工程能力的评价给出了通用标准,各个行业也有相应的行业标准,但是依据这些标准进行评价却有评价指标不统一、评价方法单一等困难。在目前的工程评价方法中,大多数是由指导老师根据实践环节中的表现对相应的评价指标进行打分,这种打分往往伴随着教师的主观评价,评价方法单一,不能真实反映学生的整体表现。作者给出了一种工程能力量化方法,对于较难给予评价的实践环节,通过提取过程信息进行综合评价,避免主观评价的随意性,体现了对学生的专业基础理论、专业技术、工程能力、科学研究、创性意识的评价。
It is difficult to evaluate the engineering ability of undergraduates,although there is a general standard in ＂Outstanding engineering personnel training plan＂promulgated by the Ministry of Education.In this paper,an objective quantitative evaluation method was put forward,which can provide an objective and impartial evaluation of the basic theory,professional skill,engineering capability,investigative and innovational consciousness of undergraduates.
