摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法将43例患者随机分为对照组21例和治疗组22例,对照组采用一般治疗和溶栓、抗凝、祛聚等方法治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用自拟方散瘀消肿汤治疗。结果对照组总有效率为71.4%,治疗组总有效率为90.9%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成效果显著。
Objective To observe the effects of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods 43 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 22 cases and the control group with 21 cases. The control group was treated with general treatment and methods of thrombolysis, anticoagulation and expelling clustering. The treatment group was on the basis of adopting with Sanyuxiaozhong soup. Results The total effective rate was 71.4% in control group and total effectiveness of treatment group was 90.9%. 2 groups of comparisons had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity was remarkable.
